About:

DEV-space practices the production of space on all scales, aiming at a collaborative approach on any project where matters of space have a role to play.
Practice is seen as both an inducer and result of a wider reflexive approach on space and urbanity, led by the members of DEV-space in various academic settings.




Team:

Julien Deloffre is a french architect and urbanist, graduated from the ULB Architecture Faculty “La Cambre” in 2011. He has then joined the team of MSA, in which he has been collaborator and project leader for numerous projects in Brussels, among which the construction of 5 passive housing units Rue Navez (Brussels) which was awarded the 2017 Mies van der Rohe Emerging Architect Prize.

Yannick Vanhaelen is an architect and urbanist from Brussels, graduated magna cum laude from the faculty of Architecture La Cambre in Brussels. After having been project leader within 51N4E, he joined the agency ORG, as project leader for projects such as the PAD Hermann-Debroux and the Beeldkwaliteitsplan (BKP) for the Brussels Canal Area.

Philippe De Clerck is an architect and urbanist graduated magna cum laude from the ULB Architecture Faculty “La Cambre” in 2011. Having been active in a wide array of cultural, editorial and research projects around architecture, he is now Teaching Assistant at the ULB, where he coordinates several educational initiatives.
